From 29 March to 6 December 2026, you will discover the work of a new generation of international ceramic artists. In the exhibition New Generation – Passion for Ceramics, you will see how young makers approach material, form and storytelling. What drives them? Where do they find inspiration, who taught them their craft, and which dreams do they want to realise? You will notice similarities and differences between artists from various countries and experience how versatile ceramics can be today.
The sculptures of Ioana Tămaș (RO/NL) reflect emotional metamorphoses in a mythical visual language. Pointed legs, reminiscent of roots, repeatedly appear as symbols of growth and stability. Using lithographic techniques, she adds patterns and portraits, giving each form a personal character.
