The Carillon of Roermond

In the small tower above the Roermond town hall hangs the city’s carillon. This bell instrument was donated to celebrate the 750th anniversary of the city of Roermond. When the carillon plays, its music can be heard across the square and through the streets of the city centre. Around the tower you can also see a series of moving figures that refer to the city’s history.
